Bambi Rae Collections LLC TERMS & CONDITIONS

This section outlines information you (the customer) need to know when shopping with us (Bambi Rae Collections LLC).  This includes your consumer rights and our rights and responsibilities towards you as our customer. 

POLICY

RETURNS

Bambi Rae Collections has a NO REFUND/RETURN policy, which means customized items are ineligible for refunds or returns. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, or paid by us unless the package was incorrectly shipped or you received defective merchandise.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items that have been customized. Thank you for understanding this condition as the item becomes unsaleable after it has been personally customized.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
Bambi Rae Collections reserve the right to not accept any exchanges due to the current pandemic. if the product is unworn, in its original packaging with all tags attached. The fastest way to ensure you get your preferred item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted by Bambi Rae Collections LLC, you will then be able to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Bambi Rae Collections LLC reserve the right to not accept any refunds on customized items. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may be eligible for a store credit. In order to receive the store credit, you must return the item in question within 3-5 business days. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent a store credit via the email address we have on file for you.
